JUNE 24 - Muay Thai/Kickboxing Workshop with Coach Vic
You’ll learn how to incorporate kicks, knees, and elbows into your boxing - making you even more unstoppable. 🙌

JUNE 25 - FREE Boxing Class at the Moore Square Market
Join us on Sunday, June 25th for a complimentary boxing class during the Sunday Moore Square Market! Classes will be held outdoors in Moore Square (200 S. Blount St) at 10am and 1pm. ☀️
