GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Boxing Classes

We invite you to train like a fighter, without having to actually fight anybody!

Our expert coaches teach you real boxing and strength techniques and concepts! Our classes are designed for all skill levels - from beginner to advanced.

 

Each class you will learn at least one new concept, and continue to build on others, continuously expanding your arsenal and abilities. Through this process, you will go through the most efficient and exciting workout of your life. 

 

Our goal is for you to leave the mat with the confidence to Knuckle Up in every aspect of your life! Contact us for your first complimentary class.

Your first group fitness class is complimentary

Your first group fitness class is complimentary, but before you start:

  1. You MUST arrive 15 minutes prior to class start

  2. You MUST provide a photo ID to sign a waiver

  3. You MUST be over the age of 18 or have a legal parent or guardian sign

The variety of classes is great and you'll always learn something new before you leave each class. The coaches are very knowledgeable, great to work with, and want you to succeed. It's basically now the only place I go to work out. Very beginner-friendly and an amazing place to better yourself.
