& TRAINING OPTIONS
We provide training through Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, and Partner or Small Group Training for all ages and skill levels. Kids boxing classes are for ages 4-13.
Scheduled classes are offered Monday through Saturday, and personal training is offered seven days a week. Regardless of which option you choose, you will be provided with real knowledge of the “sweet science” that is applicable in a boxing ring or in self-defense.

Your first group fitness class is complimentary
Your first group fitness class is complimentary, but before you start:
You MUST arrive 15 minutes prior to class start
You MUST provide a photo ID to sign a waiver
You MUST be over the age of 18 or have a legal parent or guardian sign the waiver
